It's time to showcase the new releases at All Dressed Up Stamps. They were showcased earlier in the month (on July 5), and again today. I have a fabulous Summer Bird to share with you today.
I must admit, I was a bit intimidated coloring this up, but once I got going, it was very fun!
I colored Summer Bird with Copic markers. Finding papers to match the bright colors took almost as long as the coloring! These are retired papers from Close To My Heart.
I found the card design in the Silhouette Design Store, cutting it out on my Silhouette Cameo 3. The sentiment is a die.
I hope you check out the other New Releases and the inspiration from the fantastic design team in the All Dressed Up Facebook Group and on the All Dressed Up blog. You'll find challenges to enter both places, with a few more days to participate.
I'd like to enter this in the following challenges:
D.L. Art -- July Linky Party
TTCRD -- ATG
Outlawz Festive Fridays -- ATG
Allsorts Challenge -- Flowers all over
I have this blog as a place to share my creative self -- be it card making, music playing, scrapbooking, altered art, home decor, or whatever direction my art takes me. My dogs are always a part of my home life, so they have to be a part of my blog, too.

Summer Time -- for All Dressed Up Stamps
Woohoo! Summer! My husband and I hope to be on the Harley today. That's how we know it's summer and the weekend. We love our Harley summer days -- freedom!
This is also a huge celebration over at Kit and Clowder. Have you joined in on all the fun? There are 20 days of giveaways and prizes. Today, All Dressed Up Stamps has a freebie image for you to grab. I'm on the design team, so I got the image early and colored it to give others some inspiration. Here's what I did with Summer Time:
I colored Summer Time with Copic markers, then fussy cut her (hardest part of the whole project!). Papers on this card are from We Are 3 Digital Shop. They are this month's new release, At The Beach. The sentiment is an acrylic stamp set from Joy's Life. The sun was cut out on my Silhouette Cameo 3 with a design I found in the Silhouette Design Store.
You'll find the Kit and Clowder Facebook Group here. You'll find the All Dressed Up Facebook Group here. Color up the Summer Time image and enter it in the All Dressed Up Challenges on Facebook and at the All Dressed Up Challenge Blog. There's great prizes to win, so you'll be glad you did!
I'd like to enter this in the following challenges:
Craft Rocket Challenges -- summer
D.L. Art -- July Linky Party
Not Just Cards -- ATG
Crafty Calendar Challenge -- Totally Girly
Scrap N Craft Inspiration -- Summer

Missing You -- for All Dressed Up
May First, and there's a new challenge in the All Dressed Up Facebook Group. I'm still so excited about being a Dressy Girl! Today I'm posting my second card, and it's for this month's ADU Embellish It Facebook Challenge. You'll find an album for it in the All Dress Up Facebook Group.
I just love this Dreaming of Summer image. I colored it up, then created this with it:
I colored Dreaming of Summer with Copic markers. She seemed a bit wistful, or maybe I'm just missing my best friend, who recently moved across the country. Either way, I decided to make this into a "missing you" card. The sentiment is from a stamp I got in a Spellbinders card kit.
The square stitched die frames are from Lawn Fawn. The papers are digital and were purchased from Snap Click Supply. The butterfly stickers are from Paper Wishes.
I love this sweet girl, and so many more All Dressed Up digital stamps. You can find them in the All Dressed Up Etsy Shop.
I hope you can join our Embellish It Facebook Challenge, and there's a blog challenge going on, too, so check that out, also!
I'd like to enter this in the following challenges:
D.L. Art -- May Linky Party
IDCB -- ATG
TTCRD -- ATG
Not Just Cards -- ATG
Word Art Wednesday -- ATG
Lemon Shortbread Challenge -- ATG

Fly High -- All Dressed Up introduction!
Greetings, fellow craft lovers. Today is a big day for me. I've known for quite some time now that I made the All Dressed Up Facebook design team, but today, we are officially introduced! Yea! I'm very excited about this as I've been an All Dressed Up fan since about 2014! I've tried out for the team several times before, but this time, luck was with me.
I pondered my intro card for awhile, then chose an image that had some of my favorite elements, flowers, fairies, faces, and hair. It also lent itself well to a shaped card -- one of my favorites to make, so here's my first "official" card as a Dressy Girl:
This card uses Little Flower Fairy, colored with Copic markers. The Little Flower Fairy is delightful, isn't she? She makes me think of spring, which is taking it's sweet time about arriving here in Northern Wisconsin.
The 'Fly High' sentiment is from a Rubbernecker Stamps. The card was created using a die from Yvonne dies. The background paper is from Close To My Heart. The butterfly die is from Sizzix, and the crinkle ribbon is from a company no longer in business, but I was on her design team and still have a ton of her ribbon -- 3 Girl JAM.
You'll be seeing more All Dressed Up projects from me -- at least 2 each month. Look for new releases, and Facebook Challenge inspiration. I'd love to see your projects in the All Dressed Up Facebook Group! Check out the All Dressed Up Challenge Blog, also, for the latest in challenges, inspiration, and new releases.
I'd like to enter this in the following challenges:
Lil Patch of Crafty Friends -- ATG
Outlawz Saturday Paper ala Mode -- Leaves
D.L. Art - April Linky Party
D.L. Art, Thankful Thursday -- Spring
TTCRD -- ATG

Stamping Sensations -- one for the girls
Crafty Sentiments Challenge -- One for the Girls

Hello Lovely!
Hello, Lovely! Thank you for visiting my blog today. I found the most awesome digi at All Dressed Up Stamps! I just had to color it up, make it into a card, and enter it in some challenges.
Isn't this Jam Jars digi beautiful? I fell in love as soon as I saw it in the All Dressed Up Stamps Etsy Shop. I immediately printed Jam Jars and colored it with Copic markers. I cut it out with a die from Stampendous, and inked the edges with a couple light shades of Tim Holtz distress ink.
I cut out the card shape on my Silhouette Cameo 3 with an SVG file from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons. The designer paper is from Close To My Heart. The lace is from 3 Girl JAM -- now out of business. I computer generated the sentiment, then cutting it out with a die from Close To My Heart.
All Dressed Up is having a design team call. I have quite a collection of All Dressed Up digis -- girls in pretty dresses, best friends together, and a variety of animal images. Now, I have these incredible jam jars, too! I've long admired All Dressed Up Stamps, and would love a chance to be on either the Facebook or the challenge blog team, so will enter this to see what happens. It would be a privilege to have an opportunity to continue to color and design with such awesome images!

Amore
I had some time to play today, and I made a couple projects to enter in some challenges. Ah, such fun!
All Dressed Up (Love those images) has an Anything Goes challenge on their blog, and a Pink challenge in their Facebook group. I made this to qualify for both challenges:
All Dressed Up (Love those images) has an Anything Goes challenge on their blog, and a Pink challenge in their Facebook group. I made this to qualify for both challenges:
The image, Amore, can be found in the All Dressed UP Etsy shop. I colored her with Copic markers and some Wink of Stella markers. Designer papers on this card are also from All Dressed Up Stamps.
The card was created using various Spellbinders dies. I also used a Lawn Fawn die for the glitter heart.
All Dressed Up is having a DT call. I have been wanting on their DT for quite awhile now, but was too busy in the past. I'm going to try for this one. Did I mention how much I LOVE Wendy's images? And papers?
I've been participating in Gerda Steiner's monthly progressive challenge for quite a few months now. Her images are always charming and fun. Since I'm needing some Valentine treat bags, this one worked well for that theme:
I used a Lifestyle Crafts circle die and a Lawn Fawn heart die on this. The treat bag was cut out on my Silhouette with a design I found in the Silhouette Design Store. The designer paper is more of the papers from All Dressed Up -- pink.
This Gerda Steiner digi, Love you Kitten, was colored with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils.
Two more Valentine projects ready to go. Such a fun way to spend a cold Winter afternoon!

Christmas Greetings!
It's Christmas Eve day. My husband is at work today, I work tomorrow. The dog is snoring quietly beside me. We are waiting for Christmas....
I have 2 cards that I made this morning for 2 progressive challenges. I'm going to share them together in the same post. They are the last of the Christmas cards for this year.
The first, using a Gerda Steiner image, is for her progressive challenge. I used her last month's progressive image, so got this one for free. I've been participating for quite a few months now, and am trying to keep the streak going. I love GSD artwork!
A colored Peace Santa with Copic markers, then used a variety of Lifestyle Crafts circle dies to create the card. The designer papers are digital. I found the map paper at Pixel Scrapper. It was in a pirate collection. The Santa paper is from Decosses' Dynamite Doodles. The crinkle ribbon is from 3 Girl JAM.
The second card is for The Outlawz Progressive Challenge. I am proud to say I managed a card each month this year. Woot!
We started and ended the year's challenge with an All Dressed Up image. She is so endearing!
I colored Happy Christmas, Little Star with Copic markers, then used 2 sizes of a Die-namics die to cut her out and back the image.
The card design was cut out on my Silhouette, using a cutting file from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons. Designer papers are from American Crafts, Shimelle 6x6 pad.
Merry Christmas to you and yours. May you find peace and quiet family time together.
I'd like to enter this in the following challenges:
Gerda Steiner's Progressive Challenge -- December
The Outlawz Progressive challenge -- December
All Dressed Up Facebook Challenge -- Stars or Snowflakes (stars)
Outlawz Twisted Thursday -- ATG (didn't use twist)
As You Like It -- Favorite Christmas Colors -- I love tradition red and green (second card)
Crafting with an Attitude -- ATG

Another week has gone by, so that means it's time for another challenge at Inspiration Destination Challenge Blog (IDCB), where our theme is always Anything Goes!
We have great sponsors, week after week! This week, All Dressed Up is one of our sponsors. I had so much fun with this!

All those great dies I used are new, from Craftin' Desert Divas. They are the Fancy Frames Dies. The papers used on this card are from Close To My Heart. The buttons are from my stash. I used a We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper on this also.
Join us this week at Inspiration Destination Challenge Blog. Link up anything and everything. I'd love to see what you make!

Joy!
Another Christmas card. What am I thinking? This one is for The Outlawz Progressive Freebie Challenge.
The delightful free image this month is from All Dressed Up, and she was such a joy to color. That is the reason for the sentiment I chose! It was pure joy making this card.
This Christmas girl is colored with Copic markers. I used 2 different Spellbinders dies, then mounted her to a designer paper from American Crafts -- Noel 6x6 paper pad. The card base and bling are from Close To My Heart. The crinkle ribbon is from 3 Girl JAM. It is from the Ribbon Candy Bundle.
I'd like to enter this card in the following challenges:
