Make a Wish -- for Imagine That! Digistamp

Happy Thursday, everyone!  Today is a big, big day for me.  I had a PET scan yesterday and today I find out the results.  I've been doing a lot of wishing and even more praying.  Please, Lord, let that cancer still be in remission!

I'm also making birthday wishes today for Imagine That! Digistamp for some Thursday inspiration. I have 2 good friends celebrating birthdays this week, and one of them got this card for their special day.

Isn't that a yummy looking birthday cake?  Makes you want to celebrate, doesn't it?  I used a pre-colored image from the Make a Wish KD kit and cut it out on my Cricut Explore.

There is incredible value in this kit -- lots of images, bingo cards, sentiments, and papers!  Check out all the goodness!

The Kraft tag and large scalloped edge card were cut out on my Silhouette.  Papers from this card were found in the Make a Wish KD Kit.  The sentiment is also part of the kit.  The white shimmer trim and fibers are from Close To My Heart.

Have you joined in on the monthly challenge at the Imagine That! Creative Playground?  There's a great set this month, perfect for spring projects that can be yours.  Just use an Imagine That! Digistamp image. The challenge goes all month, so come link up!  Check out the fun and informative Imagine That! Digistamp Facebook Group, too.

Whooo Loves You? for Imagine That! Digistamp

It's Thursday, and it's time for some inspiration on the Imagine That! Digistamp blog.  It's also my 5th chemotherapy treatment day (out of 6 -- getting close!).  There have been some adorable Valentine's Day sets released recently in the Imagine That! Digistamp store.  You can find them here. I used one of the new sets, and one of the new digi paper packs to create a treat bag to fill with some chocolates to take to the chemo nurses today:

This delightful treat bag, cut out on my Silhouette Cameo, uses the Owl Always Love You digital stamp set.   This is the pre-colored male owl from the set.  The fun hearts paper behind him is from the Tweet on You digital paper set.

I've been trying to use my Cricut Explore more.  I've figured out how to upload JPEG's and PNG's into the machine, then use the print and cut feature.  I did that to cut out the owl and branch he's sitting on.

Imagine That! Digistamp products used:

Check out the rest of the great inspiration on the Imagine That! Digistamp blog today.  Don't forget about the monthly challenge going on.  If you use an Imagine That! Digistamp image, you can win an awesome frog image!  It's perfect for Valentine's Day, weddings, sweethearts, spring, etc. There's also an awesome Imagine That! Digistamp Facebook group to check out.  There, you'll find freebies, more inspiration, notices of sales, and some great friendships!

I Wuff You -- for Path of Positivity

It's the first Monday of the month, and it's time for a new challenge at The Path of Positivity Challenge Blog. This month's optional theme is "An Expression of Love". The challenge runs until March 5th.  Link up any inspirational piece!

One of our guest sponsors this month is Imagine That! Digistamp.  I used the Puppy Love digital stamp set to follow this month's Expression of Love theme and created this:

I used a preprinted image from the Imagine That! Digistamp's Puppy Love set, and used my Cricut Explore to cut it out.  The card base, with the paw print border, was cut out on my Silhouette Cameo.  The Heart paper is also from Imagine That! Digistamp.  The sentiment comes with the Puppy Love digital stamp set.

Every pet owner needs a Valentine's Day card from their pet.  My husband will get this one from our Golden Retriever, Sophie.  She loves him almost as much as she loves her peanut butter treats!  It is truly an expression of love.

I hope you join in the Expression of Love challenge this month at The Path of Positivity.  We have great sponsors and prizes, it's a super easy theme to follow with this month having Valentine's Day in it, and I'd love to see what you make!

Winter Fun! for Imagine That! Digistamp

Happy Saturday, everyone!  In case you haven't heard my wonderful news, I had a PET scan last Friday.  My Lymphoma is in total remission!  I had Chemo again on Thursday, and I have 2 more treatments to go, but I'm going to make it through these treatments, and I'm going to BEAT THIS CANCER!  I have so appreciated all your prayers and well wishes.

Today, it's time for some mid-month inspiration on the Imagine That! Digistamp blog. It's a monthly link up with an Anything Goes theme.  You have until February 4th to enter this month's link up.  If you use an Imagine That! Digistamp product, you will get this month's featured product, Lorie's Seeds of Love, for free.  She's adorable!

Since it's very much Winter here in Wisconsin, I went with a little Winter Fun project for this month's link up:

I used the adorable Dog Sledding digital stamp set to create this card.  This is one of the pre-colored images from the Dog Sledding set. The sentiment is also from the Dog Sledding set.  The snowflake designer paper in the background, found in the Imagine That! Digistamp Store,  is from the Merry & Bright digital paper collection

I cut the scalloped card base out on my Cricut Explore, ran the Hot Off the Press Snowflake dies through my Big Shot, and wrapped the card up with a bit of Timeless Twine to finish it off.  Winter fun, indeed!

I hope you join our link up party this month at Imagine That! Digistamp.  Use one of our images so you can get the delightful freebie!  Visit the blog throughout the week for tons of great inspiration for this very talented design team!  Check out the Imagine That! Digistamp Facebook group for even more inspiration, freebies, contests and FUN!

It's Friday, and New Release Day at The East Wind.  LOVE my Fridays! Today's new release features the character, Lucy Loo.  She always has attitude, and today is no exception.  Here is Lucy Loo 'Hair'.  Oh yeah!

I colored Lucy Loo 'Hair' with Copic markers.  She's so sassy, it just had to have some wild highlights in it.

I cut the card out on my Cricut Explore.  The sentiment, card stock, and glimmer trim are from Close To My Heart.  I stamped the sentiment on a piece of Polkadoodles digi paper, and cut it out with a die cut tag from Paper Wishes.  The twine is from Timeless Twine. Birthday Wishes

I have the good fortune of posting today for 3 Girl JAM.  It's always great fun to make something where I can showcase my favorite ribbons, lace, or jute products.  Today, it's all about crinkle ribbon.

I've been participating in The Outlawz Progressive Challenge each month this year.  I used the delightful free image sent me for today's card. This image is by Make It Crafty. If you haven't discovered Make It Crafty yet, you should.  I LOVE their images and tutorials.  Great stuff!

She's called "Wishful Asha," and I colored her with Copic markers. The card and sentiment tag were cut out on my Cricut Explore, using papers from Close To My Heart.  I wanted the image to really pop.  That's where the 3 Girl JAM ribbon came into play.  I used the blue from the Red, White, and Blue Bundle and, with 2-sided tape behind my image, pleated the ribbon all the way around the square to frame  it.  Last, but not least, there are 3 enamel dots from my stash.

There will be a new challenge starting Saturday on the 3 Girl JAM Challenge blog.  Stop by to check it out.

Happy Birthday, The East Wind Style

It's Tuesday, so that means it's New Release Day.  Today's image has to be a fun one with the title, "Ha, Ha, Ha".  She's bursting with enthusiasm!

Maybe I should have titled this blog post, "hold on to your hat".  She's jumping so high, that's exactly what she's having to do.  I colored "Ha, Ha, Ha" with Copic markers, then fussy cut her out.

The card was created using my Cricut Explore and the Cricut Design Space software.  All papers and the sentiment stamps are from Close To My Heart.  The sequins are from Craftin' Desert Divas

I love the U.S.A., and I'm showing my patriotism with this card:

QKR Stampede has rubber stamps and digis for any occasion, including July 4.  I used Patriotic Heart (digi23006) on this card, changing the color of the stamp using Picmonkey, printing it 3 times, and using a heart-shaped punch from Creative Memories to cut them out.  The chevron background was cut out on my Cricut Explore and mounted on an A2 size card base.  All papers are from Close To My Heart.

Little Polly -- a New Release for Crafty Sentiments

Crafty Sentiments Designs is having a big New Release the next few days.  I'll have 3 different project to share over the next several days.  You'll love these adorable rubber stamps!  They are all from the "Little Polly" release. Today, I'd like to introduce you to Little Polly -- Dear Friend.
Sweet Little Polly -- Dear Friend is colored with Copic markers, then mounted on a decorative treat box. The treat box was cut out on my Cricut Explore, using the Close To My Heart Artiste cartridge.

All papers and sequins are also from Close To My Heart.  The tie dye ribbon is from 3 Girl JAM

My first blog got hacked a week ago.  It took a few days to get up and going again, and this one is still obviously very much under construction.  One of the posts I missed was for the Crafty Sentiments Challenge blog. The theme of the challenge this week is "Anything Goes."  Here's my card...
This card uses the Crafty Sentiments Designs rubber stamp, Annabel -- Mermaid's Hair.   She was colored with Copic markers. Every mermaid should have 2-toned hair! The ocean creature embellishments are from Close To My Heart.  The tag is a die cut, and the sentiment is computer generated.  I used a Close To My Heart scalloped edge border punch, and some luscious Timeless Twine.  I hope you join us this week for our "Anything Goes" challenge.  You have until Monday evening!

Please check out the Crafty Sentiments Inspirations Blog for more great ideas of how to use today's new release -- Little Polly - Dear Friend!
