Follow Your Dream -- for DigiStamps4Joy

There are new releases today at DigiStamps4Joy!  I'm always excited to see what's new in the shop -- the talented artists there are creatively coming up with new ideas all the time.  Today's releases are great fun!

I used the new release, "Spotlight" and merged it with "Ballerina." I colored both images with Copic markers.

I made the card using Lifestyle Crafts circle dies, Close To My Heart card stock, and My Mind's Eye designer papers.  The silver sequins and sentiment are from Close To My Heart.

Check out the DigiStamps4Joy blog today to see the other fantastic new releases and creations with them from the talented design team.

A Touch of Fall

I'm posting today for The Cutting Cafe.  This week's inspiration feature's milk cartons of all varieties.  Since the leaves are beginning to turn from one end of our state to the other, and the nights have a chill in the air, I went with a fall theme with this milk carton.

I used the Halloween-Fall Themed Milk Cartons Cutting Files, one of which is this cute leaf pattern.  This double sided paper is by BoBunny.  This Milk Carton is the perfect size for a few chocolates, a gift card, or a small gift.

The Squirrel with Present image is a digi stamp from 2 Cute Ink.  I colored it with Copic markers, then used a Lifestyle Crafts circle die to cut it out.  The fun baker's twine is Cape Cod, from Timeless Twine

Please check out The Cutting Cafe blog on Sept. 7 to see the rest of the milk carton projects.  You'll be amazed!  Leave a comment, and you could win 3 sets of your choice!

Beautiful like me -- for The East Wind

It's Friday, and that means there is a New Release at The East Wind today.  This is ALWAYS a good thing!  This month's releases are all so fantastic! It's going to be a particularly exciting month!  Today's release is called "Her Story".  Here she is...

I colored "Her Story" with Copic markers.  The sentiment was found at Pixel Scrapper. It is by Marisa Lerin.  I used Spellbinders dies to cut out both the image and the sentiment.  The card shape was cut out on the Cricut Explore. Papers and glitter trim are from Close To My Heart.

Come check out The East Wind's Facebook page to see what other designers have done with this image, plus there are contests, tons of inspiration, chances to chat with Unky herself, and lots of fun!

I'd love it if you would follow me on Instagram.

Fairy Dust and a New Challenge Blog!

Mark your calendars!  Some of the cutest stamps ever are now part of one of the funnest challenge blogs ever!  Starting today, the Julia Spiri Challenge Blog is underway.  Woohoo!  Each challenge will last 2 weeks.  They are Anything Goes with a Twist.  Of course, if you use a Julia Spiri image, and you win, your prize is even better! And why wouldn't you want to use a Julia Spiri image?  They are so. darn. adorable!

This challenge, the theme is "Something New".  Well, that's easy enough.  I used a new digi.  This is 'My Little Fairy'.  There's also some new things I tried with my coloring:  there's a new hair combination, new color combo on the wings, and a new eye color blend.  This is also my first official project on this new design team.  Lots of 'new' going on here!

I hope you can join us this next 2 weeks at the Julia Spiri Challenge Blog for our 'Something New' challenge.  I'd love to see what you make!

I'd like to enter this in the following challenges:
Unicorn Challenge -- Mythical and Magical
Lunagirl Moonbeams Challenge -- Mermaids and Fairies

Sitting on the Moon -- for IDCB

It's time for a new challenge at Inspiration Destination Challenge Blog (IDCB). Our theme is ALWAYS anything goes!  Woot!

This week, we have the great sponsor, The Paper Shelter

I adore their images, so was EXCITED to work with this image!  One of the great things about The Paper Shelter is that each image comes in black & white, preprinted, and with a background paper.  I used the preprinted image and the background paper to create this:

This rocking card can be found in the Silhouette Design Store. Card stock is from Close To My Heart.  The tie dye crinkle ribbon is from 3 Girl JAM

You seriously have to link up at IDCB.  It's Anything Goes, so what do you have to lose? Besides, I can't wait to see what you make!

Best Wishes -- for Digi Choosday

Happy Digi Choosday!  I mean Tuesday!  It's time for a new challenge to begin on the Digi Choosday challenge blog.  For the next 2 weeks, it's "In the Pink". Many Polkadoodles images and papers lend themselves beautifully to this theme. Here's what I did:

This little lovely is Rose Budd.  She's available as a clear stamp, or as part of the Rose Budd Craft Download Collection.

I colored Rose Budd with Copic markers, then sponged the edges (while in a Spellbinders die) with 2 shades of Tim Holtz Distress inks.  All designer papers and the sentiment are from the Rose Budd Craft Download Collection

The shaped card is a cutting file from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons. The crinkle ribbon and lace are from 3 Girl JAM

Join us at Digi Choosday for our "In the Pink" challenge.  I'd love to see what you make!  Plus, don't forget to check out this week's discount code.  It's only good for 24 hours. The bookmark challenge is happening for another week, so link up! We also have a great Facebook Group!
