Autumn Fairy -- For Ching-Chou Kuik

 It's Tuesday, and this is my day to post on the Ching-Chou Kuik Inspiration & Challenge Blog.    I love my Tuesdays!   It's also the start of a new challenge on the blog, with the theme of Thanksgiving/Remembrance/Thinking of You/Thank You.  I hope you can join us this month with one of those great themes.  You'll find many beautiful images to color up for the challenge in  the GJZCCK Etsy Shop.

I used one of a set of 3 images for today's card.  The set is called Hello Autumn. 

I colored Hello Autumn with Copic markers.  The papers are some Autumn themed papers from Crafter's Companion.  The sentiment die is also from Crafter's Companion.

It's the first of the month, and a new challenge starts today at SheepSki Designs Challenge Blog.  Challenges run for the whole month and have a theme.  For November, the theme is 'Tis the Season.  We want to see those Christmas projects!

I used the image Christmas Eve to create this...

I colored Christmas Eve with Copic markers, then fussy cut the image.  I made the snowdrifts using hill dies from Lawn Fawn.  The night sky was created using a piece of blue paper and dotting it with a gel pen to create the stars.  The sentiment is an acrylic stamp from Crafter's Companion.

It's November 1, and it's time for a new challenge in the All Dressed Up Stamps Facebook Group. The challenge will run for the whole month of November and the theme is Christmas &/or Sparkle.  You must use an All Dressed Up Stamps image on your project, but wouldn't you want to anyway?

I had never colored up Christmas Bunting, but had always wanted to so I thought this was the perfect chance!

I colored Christmas Bunting with Copic markers.  After I got the coloring done, I started looking for a bit of sparkle.  I found some glitter paper that matched the designer paper from Crafter's Companion I wanted to use, so mat and layered Christmas Bunting with that.  I used a set of Spellbinders dies for that process.  The foiled candy pieces, letter to Santa, and snowflake die cut are also by Spellbinders.

 November 1!  It's the start of a new challenge at Dies R Us Challenges. The challenge will run  for the next 2 weeks, and it is Anything Goes, and long as you use a brand of die sold in the Dies R Us Store. Dies R Us sells an incredible array of dies and supplies, so check out the store for all your crafty needs. For those of you in Canada, there is Didi Crafts, an equally awesome Canadian version with very reasonable shipping rates. 

We have been having an incredible Fall where I live.  The temperatures have been very mild, so I'm really enjoying the season.  I love many things about fall, but I especially enjoy the squash, pumpkins, and apples.  Apples were the inspiration behind today's card:

I used a die set from Spellbinders to create the card. It's called Happy Fall. Everything was glued in place with The Best Glue Ever. I also used 3 colors of Tim Holtz Distress Ink that are found in the Dies R Us Store -- Antique Linen, Brushed Corduroy, & Gathered Twigs.

The designer papers on this card are by We Are 3 Digital Shop.  They are 2 of the papers in the Apple Delight Collection.

I love Fall colors!  These papers and printables from We Are 3 Digital Shop are so beautiful! It was easy to put together an Autumn-themed card with them:

The papers are from the Pumpkin Delight papers. I used 4 different ones from the collection on this card.  The pumpkin printable is part of the Autumn Labels set. There are 4 in this set.  The sentiment is part of the Itty Bitty-Fall Sentiment Set. 

The doily behind the printable is by Cheery Lynn.  The pumpkin ephemera is a die from Yvonnes Creations.  The crinkle ribbon is from D.L. Art.

Witches Hat -- a New Release at All Dressed Up Stamps

 Today is a great day!  It's the 22nd of the month, and it's the day I get to showcase one of this month's new releases at All Dressed Up Stamps. There are 3 new releases each month, and they are all fabulous.  This month, though.  They made me squeal!  And, I'm not a squealer! 

Here is Witches Hat...

I colored Witches Hat with Copic markers, and cut her out with a Spellbinders square die.  Then, I went searching for papers to enhance it on a card.  As always, I found them in the We Are 3 Digital Shop. The orange paper behind Witches Hat is one of the Moody Night papers. The purple web paper is from the Web Works Collection.  The bats are part of a Spellbinders collection. I thought they were the perfect finishing touch on this card!

Giraffes on Holidays -- for The Paper Shelter Challenges

 It's Wednesday, and that means a new challenge is starting today at The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog. Every Wednesday, a new challenge begins.  If you use a Paper Shelter image, and you're the lucky winner of the challenge, you'll win a $30 gift certificate to the Paper Shelter Store.  Use any other image, and you'll get 3 images of your choice from the Paper Shelter Store. We have a very easy theme this week.  We just want you to use a digital image.  Of course, we'd love it if the digital image was from The Paper Shelter!

It's almost Halloween!  So, when choosing a digital image for today's challenge, I searched The Paper Shelter store for Halloween themed images and found LOTS of them!  It was hard to choose just one to use for today's 'Digital Image' challenge.  However, this one, particularly charmed me.  It's called Giraffes on Holidays, and I used the Halloween image from the set. 

I colored Giraffes on Holidays (there are 4 images in the set) with Copic markers.  Isn't he just so cute?  I wonder how long it took him to get his costume ready for his evening of Trick-or-Treating? 

I used digital papers from We Are 3 Digital Shop on this card, and the sentiment is from We Are 3, also. The background paper is from the Moody Nights paper collection. The sentiment is printed on one of the Inky Textures papers. The sentiment is part of the Halloween Wishes Sentiment Set.

The card base is part of a set of slimline dies by LDRS Creative. The elongated oval die is by Spellbinders, and the spooky garland is from The Scrapping Cottage.
