My Favorite Things -- for All Dressed Up Stamps

 Hello, August!  Summer is going so fast, but it is August.  That means that a new challenge is starting today in the All Dressed Up Stamps Facebook group. The challenge will run all month.  This month's theme is "My Favorite Things". Such a fun theme!  Remember, you have to use an All Dressed Up Stamps image. You'll find them here.

I thought the image Summer Ice Cream portrayed many of my favorite things: summer, dogs, denim, and ice cream!

Here's what I created with Summer Ice Cream.  

I colored Summer Ice Cream with Copic markers. It doesn't show up in the pictures, but the light blue paper is embossed with clouds.  It is an embossing folder from Pink & Main. The kraft paper frame is by Taylored Expressions, as is the sentiment and strip.

Summer -- An All Dressed Up Stamps New Release

 Summer!  I love this season!  I also love that I get to share one of the new releases at All Dressed Up Stamps with you today. There are 3 new releases this month (all available in the ADU Etsy Shop), and they are all darling.  I'm sharing the NR entitled Summer.  Isn't she darling?

I like to rainbow all the things, so when I saw the "summer" letters, I saw rainbow.

I colored Summer with Copic markers, then fussy cut her out. All the dies &  patterned papers used are from Brutus Monroe.

Perfect Day for a Walk -- for All Dressed Up Stamps

 Any day is the perfect day for a walk!  It's also the perfect day for a new challenge at All Dressed Up Stamps Facebook Group. The challenge starts today, July 1 and runs through July 31.  The theme this month is Anything You Want.  Woohoo!  Go for it! 

I have long wanted to color up this Perfect Walk image.  This challenge theme seemed like the perfect time to create with Perfect Walk!

I colored Perfect Walk with Copic markers.  I used some new dies I purchased from The Stamp Market.  They cut out and backed the image with an arch shape.  The arched shape stamp is also from The Stamp Market.  The fancy umbrella is a Spellbinders die, and the clouds are part of a Crafter's Companion set.  The background paper is from my stash, but is probably from Crafter's Companion.

I had the joy of being able to create with Wellie Boots.  What could be cuter than a creation with this Wellie Boots digital stamp? 

I colored Wellie Boots with Copic markers. I then used a new set of stacking dies from Spellbinders to cut her out and layer her on the shaped card.  The papers are from AMB Illustrations and the watering can is from Crafter's Companion.  The sentiment is from a Pink & Main stamp set.

For the Boys -- New challenge starting at All Dressed Up Stamps

 June 1! I hope it's happy for you.  It must be summer, as we had our first 90 degree day yesterday.

June 1 -- the start of a new challenge in the All Dressed Up Stamps Facebook group.  It runs all month, and has the theme of "For the Boys". You must use an All Dressed Up image on your creation.

Since the challenge theme is 'For the Boys', and this is gardening season, I thought Garden Boy would be perfect for this challenge. Since Flag Day and Independence Day aren't far off, I used red & blue as my theme:

I colored Garden Boy with Copic markers. I used a stitched oval and scalloped stitched oval die to cut him out and frame him.  This is a gatefold card, although it's hard to see in this picture. I cut an 8 1/2 by 5 1/2 pieces cardstock and scored each end at 2 1/4 inches.  The colorful background papers are by Taylored Expressions.

This is a darling digital stamp, with the many details, including a worm, a snail, a bird, and the cute plants.  I hope you like Garden Boy.

Flutter Away -- A NR at All Dressed Up Stamps

 Hello, stamping friends!  Today I have a new release from All Dressed Up Stamps to share with you.  Twice a month, different members of the design team share their creations featuring the current months new releases.  Today it's my turn, and I'm sharing the delightful Flutter Away, available in the All Dressed Up Stamps Etsy shop.

I colored this sweet Flutter Away image with Copic markers.  The sentiment was found in a butterfly set of stamps by Crafter's Companion.  The butterfly border is also from Crafter's Companion.

Hedgehog Flower -- For All Dressed Up Stamps

May day, May day!  It's the first day of May!   It's time for a new challenge in the All Dressed Up Stamps Facebook group.  The theme for May is Flower Power.  Easy peasy, right?  There are many amazing All Dressed Up Stamps images you could use to fit this theme. 

I love the Hedgehog Flower digital image, and used it for my challenge card:

I colored Hedgehog Flower with Copic markers,  then cut it out and layered it with dies from Pink & Main.  

I used digital papers from We Are 3 Digital Shop.  These are the Spring Fling papers. I used them on each layer of the card, and also to create the die cut flowers.  Dies used are from Queen & Company. I decorated them up with some gems from Pinkfresh Studios.
