Oh my gosh, it's December! Are you ready? I hope to send out my Christmas cards this week, and everyone on the list gets a homemade one. I've been busy creating. So, it worked out perfectly that the Joy's Life design team is showcasing Christmas Cards this week. I made two to show you. I hope you like them!
I used the same cutting file on both of these cards, a mitten shaped card from The Cutting Café. What a difference the paper and embellishments make, huh?
Both cards use the Joy's Life Wintery Puns stamp set.
You can find it, and all of Joy's wonderful stamps, here in her store. Don't forget to check out the great bundle prices!
Both cards use some retired Close To My Heart Christmas paper that I had in my stash. The top card is embellished with Firecracker Timeless Twine. The bottom card has a couple rhinestones from my stash.
That's all for me today. While my Silhouette is warmed up, I've got my Christmas cards to make!
What great cards, Julie! It's freezing here (and with LOTS of that cold white stuff!) in Quebec---has been for awhile! I hope to finish my Xmas cards by this week.
ReplyDeleteFabulous mitten cards - love the papers! TFS
ReplyDeleteHow cozy are these, Julie?! Love the twine accent on the blue mitten and the fun sentiment on the red one…so cute lady! Warm winter hugs from your NC friend!
