Birthday Card Creator -- Fro Dies R Us Challenges

 It's the 15th of the month, so it's time for a new challenge at Dies R Us Challenges. Challenges are always Anything Goes, as long as you use a brand of die sold in the Dies R Us Store. 

You can never have too many birthday cards, right? So, I thought I'd use the awesome Create-a-card dies that Crafter's Companion has developed recently, and Dies R Us is carrying, and make a birthday card. I used the Interchangeable Flower Frame to create this:

I chose to use the birthday sentiment, but there is also a Best Wishes and a Just for You option with this set.  Really fun and versatile! The small stitched hearts are by Lawn Fawn.  They are part of the Just Stitching Hearts set. 

The background paper on this card is by We Are 3 Digital Shop.  It's one of the papers in the Daydreams Collection. The crinkly ribbon can be found in the DL Art Etsy Shop.

Key to My Heart -- a New Release for All Dressed Up Stamps

Today is the first of 2 times that All Dressed Up Stamps is showcasing this month's New Releases.  I'll be back on June 22nd with another New Release.  Today, I had the pleasure of coloring up and designing with one of this month's New Releases, Key to the Door. 

I colored Key to the Door with Copic markers, and a bit of Wink of Stella.  I cut the card base out on my Silhouette Cameo 3 with a file I found in the Silhouette Design Store.   The key charm was in my stash.  It took me awhile to find it, but I knew it was there!  The sorbet crinkle ribbon is from the DL Art Etsy Store.

For My Friend -- and SheepSki Designs

June 1st already!  My, my, my!  This year is clipping on by!  June 1 means it's time for a new challenge on the SheepSki Designs Challenge Blog.  This month, the theme is "For Someone Special." With Father's Day this month, you could go that direction, but since I have a couple friends I send cards to every week, my "For Someone Special" is a friendship card.

I used the beautiful SheepSki Designs image, Gladioli, to create this: 

I colored Gladioli with Copic markers, then set out to find some papers to match.  I found them at We Are 3 Digital Shop.  The 2 papers in the smaller squares are from the Tropical Delights paper collection.  The note paper with floral accents in the background is one of the new Just a Song papers.  The pretty crinkle ribbon is from the D.L. Art Etsy Store.
