Happy Sunday, stamping friend! I'm guest designing again this Sunday at The Outlawz for their Sunday Songs & Rhymes Challenge. I was there last week, too, and I had so much fun.
This week, the song is Lavenders Blue. It's a modern Cinderella song. So, what better than Cinderella's shoe, right?
I used an SVG cutting file from The Cutting Cafe to make this high heel shaped card. The papers are a stack from DCWV. I found the Cinderella quote on line, but I'm sure she said it! The embellishment is from Close To My Heart.
There's not much else to say about this card. It rather speaks for itself.
I want to thank Lynn Cupido and the rest of the team for the opportunity to guest design both this week and last week. I had a wonderful time, and I know I'll be back participating in more Outlawz Sunday Challenges! Thanks for the wonderful opportunity!
I'd like to enter this in the following challenges:

Big Faith! for The Cutting Cafe
Hello, fellow crafters. I'm posting today for The Cutting Cafe. The design team this time, is featuring Silhouettes. You'll find a variety of silhouettes used in many different ways. The Silhouette Digital Stamp set & Cutting File is found here.
There are many fun images in the file, but I decided to use a silhouette as a background to create this:
The sentiment is from a custom set I purchased at The Cutting Cafe Shop. I heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder onto the black silhouette.
The cancer-themed background paper on this card is from Imagine That! Digistamp. The crinkle ribbon is from 3 Girl JAM and the button is from my stash.
Please visit the Cutting Cafe blog on or after July 21 to see the rest of the Silhouette creations from the design team. Leave a comment and you could win 3 sets of your choice. Always visit the Cutting Cafe - Be Inspired Facebook Group for more fun, news, and inspiration.

Happy Birthday Pop Up Flowers -- for The Cutting Cafe
I have a birthday card to show you today, which works out perfectly, as today is my birthday! I also have several good friends with birthdays this month, so one of them will get this awesome card made from a cutting file found at The Cutting Cafe.
I was a bit nervous about trying it, but it's very easy to make, especially once I watched the video on how to assemble it found here.
First, the outside of the card:
There's no Cutting Cafe files here, just digital papers found at Snap Click Supplies. The rest is from Paper Wishes.
Now, for the inside. Ready?
Woohoo! Isn't that awesome?!? I love how that flower pops right out! It's the Flower Pop Up Card, for sure!
Here's another view of it:
Definitely a Flower Pop Up!
This week at The Cutting Cafe, we're all using the Flower Pop Up card. Visit the blog to see what everyone did with it. You'll be amazed! Leave a comment and you could win 3 sets of your choice!

Enjoy Life! for The Cutting Cafe
Summer! It starts today, although we've already had a few hot, humid days here in Wisconsin, and a few storms to go with that hot, humid weather. Summer -- lazy days, flip flops, ice cream, popsicles. You gotta love summer!
We're featuring bingo cards this week at The Cutting Cafe. You will find many different bingo card sets at The Cutting Cafe, and many different ideas of what can be done with them today on The Cutting Cafe blog. I have one simple idea to share with you featuring the summer bingo cards:
The bingo cards in the Summer Bingo Cards Set come in various sizes. These are the small ones. I used 3 of them and some papers and embellishments from Echo Park.
Take time to check out all the bingo card set at The Cutting Cafe, and make sure to see all the wonderful inspiration on The Cutting Cafe Blog. Leave a comment for a chance to win 3 sets of your choice!

Play Everyday! for The Cutting Cafe
Hello, fellow crafters, and happy weekend! After having to take a break for a few months during my chemo treatments, I'm happily back with The Cutting Cafe, using Regina's wonderful files!
This week, the design team is featuring pinwheels. You'll see pinwheels galore when you visit The Cutting Cafe Blog on or after May 7. Leave a comment and you could win 3 sets of your choice!
Here's my idea of a pinwheel project:
I used several Cutting Cafe files to create this happy card. The Pinwheel Sentiment & Cutting File Set were used to create the pinwheel and the 'Play Everyday' sentiment. The flower in the middle of the pinwheel came from the Card in a Box embellishment set.
Papers on this card are from Echo Park. The frame dies are by Lawn Fawn. The washi tape is from my stash.
I hope you check out all the wonderful creations by the super talented Cutting Cafe design team. You won't be disappointed. It is so great to be back on this team! They have supported me so much through my cancer journey.

After the Rain -- for Imagine That! Digistamp
April 15? Already? Do I say this every month, LOL? Today, it's time for some mid-month inspiration over at the Imagine That! Digistamp Creative Playground. The current challenge goes until May 5, so there's lots of time. If you use an Imagine That! Digistamp image, you can win the Rainy Day Fun set (I used one of the images and one of the sentiments on this card) for FREE!
Here's my inspiration!
I used one of the black & white images from the Rainy Day Fun set (the 2 birds), and one of the pre-printed images from the set (the puddle), along with a sentiment, to create the focal point of this card. The birds are colored with Copic markers. The sun-shaped card in an SVG cutting file from The Cutting Cafe. I used some thin washi tape on the rays of the sun so give it a bit of extra sparkle and shine. The cloud die is from American Crafts, with some pen work added to match the puddle.
I love this sentiment from the Rainy Day Fun set. It keeps me going on some of my "low" days. I had a bone marrow biopsy (major ouch!) on Thursday, and now I'm waiting for the results. The test was needed to prove that I am for sure in remission -- that there is no longer cancer in my bone marrow and spinal fluid. Prayers are appreciated! I should know the results some time this upcoming week.
If you celebrate Easter, have a blessed day. For me, this one will be particularly special, a day of re-birth and truly starting over. I'm excited! He has given me new life!
I hope you join the Imagine That! Digistamp's challenge this month at the Creative Playground. I'd love for you to have a chance to win this set. I'd also love to see what you make! Check out the wonderful Facebook group too, for even more inspiration, news, and fun!

Save the Hooters!
It's Breast Cancer Awareness month, and at both The Cutting Cafe and Imagine That! Digistamp, we're honoring the month with some inspiration. At The Cutting Cafe, the whole team is featuring files with a great cancer awareness theme this week.
I used the Ribbon Shaped Card Cutting File from The Cutting Cafe to create this:
The gingham paper, adorable owl, and fun sentiment are all from Imagine That! Digistamp. It uses the Give a Hoot digital stamp set, and the BCA Ribbons Digital Papers. All Breast Cancer Awareness sets and papers are 50% in October using code BCA50 in the Imagine That! Digistamp shop.

Treats for Fall -- and The Cutting Cafe
It's Fall! I'm thinking pumpkins, turning leaves, and cooler days. I'm also thinking it's time for some design team inspiration at The Cutting Cafe. This week, you'll see Halloween and Fall-themed projects from the team.
I used the Halloween-Fall Milk Carton Cutting file/Template to create this:
I used paper from Carta Bella, and clear card stock from The Cutting Cafe Shop.

Let's Shake it for Fall! and for The Cutting Cafe
Happy September, everyone! Where I live, here in NW Wisconsin, signs of Fall are already in the air. I hear the geese honking everyday as the families go out for test flights, preparing for their fall migration. Some of the songbirds have already left for warmer weather, and the Monarch butterflies are moving through on their amazing journey. Yes, Fall is soon upon us!
We're celebrating Fall this week at The Cutting Cafe with Autumn Sentiment Card Frames Printable Set. You'll see some fantastic projects with this set by visiting the Cutting Cafe blog September 7!
I used one of the Autumn Sentiment Card Frames and printed it on vinyl card stock for in the sister shop The Cutting Cafe Shop.
Then, I set out making a Fall themed shaker card. The papers are by Echo Park. They are the Reflections:Fall collection by Lori Whitlock. The leaves and acorn are from a Sizzlets Decorative strip from Sizzix.
The stamped bird that is enjoying that last of the summer sun was custom made for me in The Cutting Cafe Shop. You can learn all about custom stamps here.
So don't get too shaken up, just because Fall is almost upon us. Just make a shaker card and have fun with us at The Cutting Cafe! Don't forget to check out The Cutting Cafe blog on or just after September 7 to see the rest of the DT projects. Comment for a chance to win 3 sets of your choice from The Cutting Cafe store! Filled with JOY!!!! for The Cutting Cafe
It's with great JOY that I write today's post! After taking a break for a few months, I'm back posting at The Cutting Cafe. I've missed my teammates, and my wonderful leader, Regina, and of course the fantastic The Cutting Cafe files and printables!
This week, the design team is all working with Christmas files. We missed Christmas in July, so we're having Christmas in August instead!
I love making shaker cards, so any chance I get, I make one. There are LOTS of great shaker cards in The Cutting Cafe Store. I used the Christmas Word Shaker Cards set to create this:

I Will Always Be Here for You! -- and The Cutting Cafe
I'm posting today for The Cutting Cafe. This week, we're featuring clear card stock from The Cutting Cafe Shop.
I used the 12x12 clear card stock. It can be printed on, so I sent a piece through my laser printer, printing words from the Animal & Bug Love Printable Set. This is a bit frightening the first time you do it. I was sure I was going to ruin my printer, but it worked just fine.

I used the Assorted Card Folds 2 cutting file on this card, the Animal & Bug Love Printable Set, and Doodlebug Designs Spring Garden 6x6 papers (found in the Cutting Cafe Shop).
Here's a second view of the card fold...
I colored the turtelly adorable turtle with Copic markers, then fussy cut it out. The turtle is part of the Animal & Bug Love Printable Set.

For You -- and Coloring Without Boundaries
I'm posting today for Coloring Without Boundaries, showcasing a beautiful Lacy Sunshine digi by Heather Valentin. I have a step-by-step guide of how I colored her skin in this image, if you are interested.
Here's how I colored her skin. I wanted it to be in shadow, as she is under an umbrella. I used E000, E11, E00, E13, R20 (for blush), and R21 (on lips).
I start with a base coat of E000 to dampen the paper.
I then switch to my darkest color. In this case, it's E13
Next, I add E11
Here's the skin, completely blended, blush and lips done, too:
Other colors used:
Hair -- Y00, Y21, Y32, E53
Umbrella -- RV11, RV32, RV34, E04
Dress -- BG70, BG72, BG75, BG78, RV91, RV93, RV95, RV99
(shoes are the same RV combination)
Puddle -- BG10, BG11, C01
Zig Wink of Stella
I cut the card out on my Silhouette Cameo with a file from The Cutting Cafe -- Assorted Card Folds. Papers are digital, and were found Snap Click Supply. They are Prima Indeed papers. Dies used on the card are from Die-namics. The sentiment is a clear acrylic stamp from Close To My Heart.

The Sweet Life -- for The Cutting Cafe Shop
I'm posting today for The Cutting Cafe Shop. I'm here to tell you that "they're not just for Easter". Stamps, I'm talking here.
I used the "Happy Easter from Your Peeps" clear stamp set to create this:
I used two of the rabbits from the trio of bunnies, colored them with Copic markers, then fussy cut them. The bunnies are framed with a brand new set in The Cutting Cafe, Fun With Circle Frames.
Papers and sentiment are from Doodlebugs' Spring Garden 6x6 pad, found in the Cutting Cafe Shop. I used a Close To My Heart scallop edge punch on the bottom of this card, and a couple of enamel hearts from my stash.
I think this card will be a perfect "just because" card to give to my husband. It's a happy, springtime card, and the "Happy Easter From Your Peeps" set worked wonderfully for it.

Easter Egg Treat Cup Card -- for The Cutting Cafe
I'm posting today for The Cutting Cafe. I'm always excited when I get a chance to create something with the wonderful files and printables from The Cutting Cafe! Today, the whole team is working with Easter Treat Cup files. I made a card using the Easter Egg Treat Cup card cutting file:
I used lots of products available at The Cutting Cafe and The Cutting Cafe Shop in this adorable Easter card. As already stated, the cutting file, Easter Egg Treat Cup Card, is one of several Easter Treat Cups available in The Cutting Cafe. The bunny is from the clear stamp set, "Happy Easter from your Peeps", available in The Cutting Cafe Shop. The designer paper (jelly bean pattern) is Doodlebug Designs Bunnyville 6x6 pad, also available in The Cutting Cafe Shop. The clear yardstick that I used on the treat cup is also from The Cutting Cafe Shop. It's the 8 1/2 x 11 clear card stock.
To finish the card, I wrapped a bit of Timeless Twine around it, filled it with chocolate eggs, and voila! Happy Easter!

Hippity Hoppity -- for Sasayaki Glitter Digital Stamps
It's Thursday, and it's time for a new Facebook challenge for Sasayaki Glitter Digital Stamps. The challenges are always anything goes -- as long as you use a Sasayaki Glitter Digi.
Since we're so close to Easter, I decided to go with an Easter theme:
This is Bunny on Mushroom, colored with Copic markers. Of course, it doesn't have to be an Easter themed digi -- it could be spring, summer, fall, whatever, depending on the colors you use and the background you create.
I made this an Easter card by using an The Cutting Cafe egg-shaped card cutting file, and the grass-shaped card cutting file.. Papers for this card -- Doodlebug Bunnyville 6x6 -- can be found in The Cutting Cafe Shop. The sentiment, stamped several times across the bottom of this card, is also from The Cutting Cafe Shop.
I hope you can join in for our Sasayaki Glitter Facebook Challenge. It goes for a month, and as mentioned earlier, it's anything goes. Just use one of the many adorable Sasayaki Glitter images. Have fun! There's an Easter challenge going on on the challenge blog. Enter it, too!

A Friendship Card -- for The Cutting Cafe
I used 3 of the sentiment stems to create this friendship card:
I separated the stems in a photo editing program so I could resize them and use them individually, then arranged them how I wanted them, printing them on Close To My Heart card stock. The card base and card layers were created using Spellbinders dies. The flowers are from Prima Marketing. The metal flower sticker is from CTMH. The ribbon is from 3 Girl JAM.
Check out The Cutting Cafe for tons more printable and cutting files. There is truly something for every occasion or project you can think of. Also check out the sister site, The Cutting Cafe Shop for clear stamps, papers, confetti, hemp -- all kinds of goodies! Then, visit The Cutting Cafe blog to see what the other design team members have made with the Sentiments and Stems Printable Set. You won't be disappointed! Leave a comment on the blog, and you could win 3 sets of your choice! Last, but not least, there's a great Facebook group full of inspiration too. Perfect -- for Julia Spiri
It's Thursday, and time for a new challenge on the Julia Spiri Challenge Blog. Challenges are always anything goes with an optional theme. The optional theme for the next 2 weeks is "Venice".
Have you seen the last few new releases? They have been fantastic!!! I am using a recently released digi today, called 'The Secrets of Venice'.
I colored the Secrets of Venice with Copic markers, then cut her out with a Lawn Fawn round stitched cutting die.
The card base was made with a cutting file from The Cutting Cafe, Nesting Frame Shaped Card Set 3. The feathers are Spellbinders dies. The twine is from Timeless Twine. All papers and sentiment are from Close To My Heart.
I hope you can join our challenge this next 2 weeks at Julia Spiri Challenge Blog. It's always anything goes with an alternate twist -- Venice. There's some great Venice images in the Julia Spiri Etsy Shop. How fun!!

Bee Amazing -- for The Cutting Cafe Shop
Happy Hump Day, everyone! I'm posting today for The Cutting Cafe Shop, using the delightful new set, Animal & Bug Love. I'm loving this set more & more for it's versatility!
I stamped the bee and mushroom image from the Animal & Bug Love stamp set on X Press It blending card, and colored it with Copic markers, then fussy cut it.
The beehive shaped card is a cutting file from The Cutting Cafe. I computer generated the sentiment, printed it on to card stock, and cut out the tag using a die from Paper Wishes. The designer paper is from Lawn Fawn - Bright Side. The crinkle ribbon is from 3 Girl JAM. The bee metal sticker is from Art C.
Check out the Cutting Cafe Shop to see all the other goodies Regina keeps adding. There's tons of treasures there, and new Easter stamps coming soon! Check out The Cutting Cafe for more cutting files and printables than you can imagine. If you can dream it, you can find it there! There's a great Facebook Group to check out, too -- The Cutting Cafe - Be Inspired.
