This is TheodoreStPat circle, colored with Copic markers:
Because it's a perfect circle, I was able to cut Theodore St. Pat's Circle out with a circle die.
I used a card sketch for the Outlawz Wednesday Sketch Challenge to construct the card, and papers from Pixel Scrapper. There's some Timeless Twine on the card, too.

Such an adorable card but then they always are! Well my sweet, another year has gone by and I wanted to pop over and wish you well on your Blogiversry!!! Congrats on the success of seven years of blogging and almost 700 followers! That is truly amazing and something that will probably take me 20 years if not longer to achieve--well the followers part anyway. ;)
