Beach Time -- A New Release for All Dressed Up Stamps

It's the 22nd of the month, and it's my turn to showcase some New Release inspiration for All Dressed Up Stamps.  Every month, Wendy Burns releases 3 new images for our enjoyment.  This month's are all fantastic, of course, but Beach Time is perfect for July and the hot weather we've been having.  It's 90 here today with heat warnings to limit your time outdoors.

I colored Beach Time with Copic markers.  I found the sentiment in a mermaid set from Newton's Nook.  The seashells and starfish are from a die set by Honey Bee Stamps. The designer background paper is digital and is by AMB Illustrations.

Check out the All Dressed Up Stamps Facebook group to see the other new release inspiration and the All Dressed Up Stamps blog for even more great makes!

Little Petal -- A NR for All Dressed Up Stamps

It's that time of the month where I get to share a New Release from All Dressed Up Stamps. Wendy releases 3 new images each month.  You will find all of them in the All Dressed Up Stamps Etsy Shop.

This month, I had the absolute pleasure of creating with Little Petal. Isn't she sweet?

I had my watercolor markers handy, so I decided to color Little Petal up using them. I alway like the softer look of watercolors, but I'm not very proficient at it.

The background paper is from We Are 3 Digital Shop.  It's one of the papers in the Summer Splash collection.

The watercolor markers and the sentiment (both stamps and die cut) are from Altenew.  The sequins are a mix from Honey Bee Stamps.

You can see the other New Releases, and the wonderful projects from the design team in the All Dressed Up Stamps Facebook group and on the ADU challenge blog.

Bee-utiful -- for Catch the Bug Challenges

It's Saturday -- the first Saturday of the month, and that means it's time for an Anything Goes Challenge at Catch the Bug!  Bugaboo images are not required, but we'd love to see them!

For this Anything Goes Catch the Bug Challenge, I used the Bugaboo Stamps digi, Bugaboo Bee 3 to create this:

I colored Bugaboo Bee 3 with Copic markers.  Papers on this card are from Honey Bee Stamps.  The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp.  The stitched circle dies are from Lawn Fawn.  The bee die was a freebie from a magazine subscription long ago, and I'm finally remembering to use it!  The cloud die is an oldie, from American Crafts.  I used a past sketch from Sketch Saturday to help me construct the card.

An Anything Goes Challenge at Catch the Bug!  What could be better?  Come join the fun!

I'd like to enter this in the following challenges:
Outlawz Sunday Songs & Rhymes -- 4 Seasons (Bees Buzz)
D.L. Art -- August Linky Party
Polkadoodles -- ATG

Things Will Bee Okay -- for All Dressed Up Stamps - & a birthday winner!

It's August 1st, and today starts a new challenge in the All Dressed Up Facebook Group. You'll find an album there with this month's theme - Fantasy &/or Wings.

I think this Busy Little Bee is the sweetest image, and perfect for the Fantasy &/or Wings theme.  What do you think?

I colored Busy Little Bee with Copic markers.  She has wings, so fits the theme.  You'll find many adorable images in the All Dressed Up Etsy Shop that work for the theme.  Take a look here!

I embellished Busy Little Bee with papers from Honey Bee Stamps.  The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp, and so is the honeycomb die cut.  The bee die is one I've had for a long time and have finally remembered to use.

I hope you join us this month for our Fantasy &/or Wings challenge found in the All Dressed Up Facebook Group

If you're a regular follower of my blog, you know I celebrated my birthday early in July, and had some blog candy I gave away for the month of July.  Today is the day I'm picking my winner.  I used Random.org to pick the winner.  Thirty three people left comments on my post, and #7 was chosen.  Joy Wilson, that is YOU!!!!  Congrats, faithful reader, Joy!   I will be emailing you shortly on how to send you your prize.

I'd like to enter this in the following challenges:

Stand Under My Umbrella -- for Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez

Woo hoo!  Today is the first day of Spring!  Spring is my favorite season, and I've already been enjoying some of the early signs of spring here in NW Wisconsin, including s couple of robin sightings!

I'm also enjoying my time on the Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez design team.  Her stamps and digi stamps are so darn cute!  I am having a blast coloring them up!  Today, I have an awesome Little Duck that I made into a springtime card, just for the first day of spring:

I colored Little Duck with Copic markers.  The designer papers on this card, also by Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez, are the Easter Pastel digital papers

Easter Pastel

The stitched clouds on this card are cutting dies by Honey Bee Stamps.  The umbrella is a cutting die that has been in my stash for so long, I don't know the brand name anymore.  The sentiment is from Close To My Heart.

I hope you check out the Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez Etsy Shop to see all the wonderful clear and digital stamps and papers for yourself.  In the US, check out this Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez Shop!  The Kinda Cute by Patricia blog is here, with inspiration found almost daily.  There's also a Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez Face Book group, with a monthly challenge, more inspiration, and news here

Create Your Own Sunshine -- for the Path of Positivity

It's the 3rd Monday of the month, so that means it's time for some mid-challenge inspiration over on the Path of Positivity Challenge Blog.  This month's optional theme is "yellow", and the project needs to be positive.  We are the Path of Positivity, after all.

Our sponsors this month are Imagine That Digistamp and Limited Runs.   For this challenge, I worked with a chalkboard art design from Imagine That Digistamp

This is Imagine That Digistamp's Create Your Own Sunshine.  It prints off looking just like a chalkboard, and of course, being digital, can be re-sized however you like it.  Awesome!

The sunshine die cut on the card base is from Honey Bee Stamps.  The sun in the middle of the die cut was cut out on my Silhouette Cameo 3 with a file from the Silhouette Design Store.

I love the color yellow!  It makes me think of sunshine, and I am definitely happier and more filled with energy on days when the sun is shining.

I hope you can join us at the Path of Positivity Challenge Blog for our optional Yellow themed challenge.  Or, enter any positive themed challenge you'd like.  The challenge goes until April 7.

I'd like to enter this in the following challenges:

D.L. Art -- March Linky Party
IDCB -- ATG
