It's Friday, and that means it's time for a new challenge at the Colour Crazy Challenge Blog. There is a new challenge every Friday, with rotating teams. It is my week to post, and I had the great fun of working with an image from Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamps.
This is Winter Cuddle:
I colored Winter Cuddle with Copic markers. It's not my best job of coloring, but I'm trying not to shy away from my darkest marker shades.
Once I got Winter Cuddle colored up, I used 2 sizes of a Spellbinders die set to cut her out and back her. The snowflake paper is from Close To My Heart. I no longer know who makes the beautiful snowflake border die. It's been in my collection for quite some time.
The Colour Crazy Challenge Blog -- challenges are always Anything Goes, as long as you hand color your image. You can use any coloring medium you want. We have great sponsors, so you can win great prizes! Come link up with us this week.
I have this blog as a place to share my creative self -- be it card making, music playing, scrapbooking, altered art, home decor, or whatever direction my art takes me. My dogs are always a part of my home life, so they have to be a part of my blog, too.

This week, our sponsor is Fred, She Said. I had the absolute pleasure of working with this Hat Tipping Snowman:
I colored up this Hat Tipping Snowman with my favorite coloring medium- Copic markers. The sentiment is an acrylic stamp from Creative Expressions. The snowman is cut out and backed with 2 Spellbinders dies. The snowflakes are cut out with Lawn Fawn dies.
The fun papers are from We Are 3 Digital Shop. They are the Snowmen papers.
I used the sketch from this month's Cheerful Sketches Challenge to create this card. Here's the sketch:
I hope you can join us this week at the Colour Crazy Challenge. We've got a great sponsor, and I'd love to see your creations!
I'd like to enter this in the following challenges:

I'm not too good at standing on one foot since developing peripheral neuropathy from chemotherapy, but I sure do admire Asana her sense of style here! She has this yoga pose down well!
I colored Asana with Copic markers, computer generated the sentiment, found a paper that seemed to have a bit of an oriental flair to in at AMB Illustrations, and topped off the card with some puffy gold circle stickers.

Love You Giraffe -- for Colour Crazy Challenges
It's Friday, and it's time for a new challenge at Colour Crazy Challenges. This week, our sponsor is Oddball Art Stamp Company.
Here's my design team inspiration:
I colored up Kawaii Valentine Giraffe with Copic markers, using various shades of yellows and browns.
I found the fun giraffe print paper at Imagine That Digistamp. She has some really great papers, including animal prints. The heart bow is a die, but I have had it for a long time, and don't know who's it is. Spellbinders, maybe. I used an unbranded die for the border on the right of each paper.
That's it for this card. Please link up whatever you color over at the Color Crazy Challenge. I'd love to see what you create!
I'd like to enter this in the following challenges:
D.L. Art - August Linky Party
Brown Sugar Challenge --ATG
August Oddball Challenge--Sweet or Sour (this guy is definitely sweet!)
Outlawz Monday Greeting Challenge -- ATG

Our small, little tourist town is one big party this weekend. We're hosting the Liberty Fest, and we party hardy -- there's something for everyone and every age!

I colored Perfect Pointe with Copic markers, then used various digital papers on the card. I cut the card base out on my Silhouette Cameo 3 with a file I found in the Silhouette Design Store. I also cut the various music symbols out on my Silhouette. The sentiment was computer generated.

AUD Sentiment -- ATG with a Sentiment

You're One in a Melon! for Colour Crazy Challenges
It's Friday! Fri - yay! You have to love Fridays! I love them for many reasons, including it's the day that new challenges start over on the Colour Crazy Challenge Blog. Each Friday, a new challenge starts, featuring wonderful colorists, and a marvelous sponsor! What a great way to begin your Friday!
This week on the Colour Crazy Challenge Blog, our sponsor is Bugaboo Stamps. Those of you who follow my blog know I'm on the Bugaboo Stamps design team, so this sponsor makes me very happy! Another thing that made me happy was coloring up this delicious Bugaboo Stamps watermelon image:
This image is part of the One in a Melon set. In the Bugaboo Store, you get both the black & white version and a colored version of both the watermelon digi and the sentiment.
I colored One in a Melon with Copic markers. I'm trying to be bolder with my color choices. I used everything from RV04, to RV69, to R89 on this watermelon, with a few shade in-between.
The fun watermelon papers are a new release in the We Are 3 Digital Shop. They are all from the new Watermelon paper pack.
I used last week's sketch at Sketch Saturday to help me create this card.
I hope you can join us this week at the Colour Crazy Challenge Blog, where challenges are always Anything Goes (as long as you color your image with whatever coloring medium you like).
I'd like to enter this in the following challenges:

Fabulous Oriental Girl -- for Colour Crazy Challenges
It's Friday, and that means there's a new challenge at the Colour Crazy Challenge Blog. It's Team D's turn, so I'm up! Our sponsor this week is All Dressed Up Stamps. Since I'm on their design team, you already know how much I enjoy coloring up Wendy's wonderful artwork!
I was able to work with the beautiful Oriental Girl digi to create this:
I struggle with coloring black hair, so generally stay away from images where I have to color it, but we don't improve if we don't challenge ourselves. Since this is a coloring challenge, I decided to do just that. Her hair isn't perfect, but I'm satisfied with the results, and will try it again without too much fear and trepidation!
Papers on this card are from We Are 3 Digital Shop. That pretty background paper is from the Spring Letters paper collection. The framed paper around the pretty Oriental Girl is from the Tea Time collection.
The 'Fabulous' sentiment is a die cut from Crafter's Companion, and the crinkle ribbon is from my stash.
The Colour Crazy Challenge -- there's a new challenge every Friday with wonderful sponsors. I hope you can join us this week when All Dressed Up has such a fabulous prize for you!
I'd like to enter this in the following challenges:
QKR Stampede -- ATG
Polkadoodle Challenge -- ATG
Word Art Wednesday -- AT
AUD Sentiment -- Feminine plus a sentiment

Dandelion Jar -- for Colour Crazy Challenge
I've long admired the talent on the Colour Crazy Challenge team, so when I saw they were having a DT call, and the requirements were once a month posting, I decided to go for it. Well, here I am, with my first official post for the Colour Crazy Challenge! Woohoo! Challenges are every week, so you can enter often! Challenges are Anything Goes, and you can use any coloring medium you want, on any project, in any colors. Lots of possibilities!
Our sponsor this week is A Day for Daisies. I love the art of Tammy Thompson, so this was an absolute joy for me to color!
I used my favorite coloring medium -- Copic markers, then inked around the edges of the oval die cut with Tim Holtz distress inks.
The background paper on this card is a new release from We Are 3 Digital Shop. It is one of the Color Burst papers. I didn't need to create the background -- just print it. Easy peasy! The card shape was cut out on my Silhouette Cameo 3 with a file from Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbons. The ribbon on this card is from Really Reasonable Ribbon.
The Colour Crazy Challenge -- link up your colored projects -- I'd love to see what you create, and there are great prizes you can win!
