Hello, and happy Monday! It's time for a new challenge at Eureka Stamps. This week's theme is "Things With Wings". Looking back, I noticed that this is the 4th week in a row that my projects for Eureka Stamps have wings on them. I guess I like this theme!
My father-in-law is having health problems, and was recently diagnosed with ALS. This card is in the mail, heading his way:
I used digi21201 -- Butterfly & Bluebonnet on this card. I printed it twice, fussy cutting the butterfly and gluing it on top of one of the images to add dimension. The sentiment is digi4809.
I colored the image with Copic markers. I cut it out with 2 different circle dies from Lifestyle Crafts. The designer paper is from My Mind's Eye Collectable. The crinkle ribbon is 3 Girl JAM. It is Purple Passion from the Royal Bundle. Cardstock is from Close To My Heart.
The "Things With Wings" challenge is a week-long challenge, so get creative and enter! You can win some wonderful Eureka Stamps images like the one I used on this card. And don't forget to visit the other design team members to see their fantastic creations!
What a gorgeous card, Julie!!

Its a stunning card Julie... I love the colour combinations you have used to capture the colours in the flowers & leaves. I have no doubt that your father-in-law will love & appreciate your thoughtfulness.

SO pretty! The purple and greens are wonderful together. That crinkle ribbon looks quite rich and the way you trimmed your circle piece flat looks GREAT. I need to try this idea, hope you don't mind!
