This card uses QKR Stampede digi Cat Calling (Q-digi14516), colored with Copic markers. The sentiment is computer generated. The papers were found at Pixel Scrapper. The crinkle ribbon is from 3 Girl JAM, and the paw print brad is from my stash.

Today, the design team are showcasing "Christmas Frames." It's a great vintage set with some traditional Christmas sentiments that a perfect for cards and tags. I have one more card ready for the 2017 Christmas season!
I used Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils on the Christmas Frames digital stamp set, nicely tucking the sentiment inside the frame (included with the set). I used soft greens to keep with the vintage feel. Papers for this card, also from MHKDesigns, are the Simply Seasonal digital papers.

Another Friday, another challenge -- at QKR Stampede Challenge blog! I love our optional theme this week. It's "Make it Humorous". This is the absolutely perfect theme for QKR Stampede as they have so many cute, quirky stamps that work for this theme! Take this Bikini Frog (Q-digi8204) for instance...
I colored Q-digi8204 Bikini Frog with Copic markers, then fussy cut it out. I made the background by inking repeatedly a piece of wavy cut cardstock then moving it down, inking again, moving it down, inking again, repeat, all the way down the background paper. The sentiment is computer generated.
I plan to send this to a very good friend who is having surgery on Monday, donating one of her kidneys to her brother. I thought a little levity might go a long way under the circumstances.

The Christmas balls come in a .png version, so I could play with them and layer them the way I wanted. I created this montage for the focal point of my card using the Christmas Balls Clipart set. I used the MHKDesigns digital stamp set, Beauty, on this tag. I colored the daisy image with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils. The sentiment is also from the Beauty stamp set.

This is also New Release week at Crafty Sentiments Designs and I have a New Release digi to share with you today. This is Christmas Melodies, sized to fit my card perfectly!
I colored Christmas Melodies with Copic markers, then used 2 sizes of a Spellbinders label die to create the card. Papers and glimmer trim are from Close To My Heart.
