Fall's a Hoot! for Scribbles Designs

October 23rd.  Already?  These months sure do roll by!  Halloween will soon be upon us!  The 23rd of each month is my day to post some inspiration on the Scribbles Designs blog.  

 Today, I have a fun Fall card to share with you, using a Scribbles Designs image, and a couple of papers -- all of them free!

I colored the owl with Copic markers, then fussy cut him.  The papers are designed by Lisa DeCosse, from Decosse's Dynamite Doodles, but are found in the Scribbles Design Store.
