It's Wednesday, and a new challenge starts every Wednesday over on The Paper Shelter Challenge blog. This week, our theme is "use ribbon, string, &/or lace". I love using twine (string) so I used that, plus a little ribbon on my DT card.
One of the newest releases in The Paper Shelter store is The Bricklayer. I find her enchanting, and full of possibilities!
I colored The Bricklayer with a combination of Copic and Spectrum Noir alcohol markers. The sentiment was computer generated.
The brick wall die cut is a die from Crafter's Companion. I thought it was perfect for this Bricklayer image. I cut the image out and framed it with Spellbinders oval dies. I used some Timeless twine, and a bit of crinkle ribbon by D.L. Art.
I hope you can join us this week at The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog. Remember, the theme is: use ribbon, string, or lace. If you're the random winner, and you use an image from The Paper Shelter, you'll win a $30 gift certificate to the store. Otherwise, you'll get any 3 images of your choice! Fun, fun, either way!
Gorgeous card, love the fabulous image and colouring and the added brick wall is fabulous.
