Monstrous Birthday Wishes -- for Aloha Friday Challenges

It's time for a bit of mid-challenge inspiration at Aloha Friday Challenges.  The theme this time is Halloween/Fall. 

I used a Halloween image and Fall colors to create this birthday card:

I used this week's sketch from Sketch Saturday to create this card.  Here's the sketch: 

The orange designer paper is from Close To My Heart.  The sequins are from Simon Says Stamp.
