Fantastic Birthday Wishes -- for Digi Choosday

Hurray! It's Tuesday! That means it's time for a new challenge at Digi Choosday.  This fortnight's challenge is extra special.  Today marks the 2-year birthday of Digi Choosday.  Let's have a part-ay!  And, that's our theme for this challenge:  Birthday Celebrations.  It so happens we're celebrating both my husband and his sister's birthdays this weekend, so this card is for her:
