Happy Halloween for Oddball Art

 Here's my very spooky Halloween inspiration for you:

This is image #79, Tiffany the Terrible.  I colored her with Copic markers.  

 The card was made with various sizes of Lifestyle Crafts circle dies.  Papers are from Close To My Heart.
